Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBPLC) organized “Half-Yearly Business Conference-2026” on 30th July 2026 at a local Hotel in Coxsbazar through hybrid platform. The Conference was presided over by its’ Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, while the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Younuswas present as Chief Guest.
Among others the Directors of the Bank Mr Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Abdul Hakim and Independent Director Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the conference. The Additional Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Md. Abdullah Al-Mamun, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Rashed Sarwar and Mr. M. M. Saiful Islam participated & delivered speech in this conference. The Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA discussed elaborately on the overall performance of first six months of 2026. Through this hybrid platform conference more than one thousand participants took part in the conference. The SEVP & Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar moderated in the conference.
In the conference, the speakers discussed the business performance of the first six months of the current year and urged to take necessary strategy and action plan to achieve the business target for the remaining time of the year.
