The stock exchange-listed Advanced Chemical Industries (ACI) board of directors has chosen to establish a subsidiary business called “ACI Bioscience Limited.”
It was disclosed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
“ACI Bioscience Limited” will have Tk 25 crore in paid-up capital. 90% will be invested in it by ACI.
