Natore Correspondent:In Gurudaspur of Natore, 500 patients received free medical care on the occasion of the anniversary of the private Ten Rose Hospital. The daylong medical camp was held on Friday (5 December) at Chanchkoir Bazar in the municipal area.
It is learned that a group of humanitarian youths, stepping beyond traditional professions, founded Ten Rose Hospital to ensure modern healthcare for disadvantaged and low-income people in remote areas. On the hospital’s second anniversary, they organized a daylong medical camp. Specialists in cardiology, kidney disease, gastro-liver, gynecology, medicine, diabetes, and other fields provided free consultations and treatment.
Golam Mostafa, Director of the institution, said, “We are committed to offering modern healthcare with advanced diagnostic equipment and specialist doctors at low cost. Every year, on our anniversary and other special occasions, we conduct such humanitarian health service activities. Besides, elderly people, freedom fighters, teachers, and underprivileged patients receive treatment at discounted rates.”
Kidney disease specialist Dr. Nirad Kumar Sarkar said, “We are proud to provide free medical care to low-income people of the area out of social responsibility and humanitarian values. We hope this initiative will continue in the future.”
Patients who came for treatment Sharmin, Ekramul, Afzal Hossain, and Mousumi Sayem—said, “We are suffering from different illnesses and came here after hearing about the free medical camp. The experienced and skilled doctors treated us with sincerity.” They expressed satisfaction with the services received.
