Mrinal Tangail Correspondent: In celebration of “Youth Festival 2025,” the closing and prize-giving ceremony of the Tangail District Inter-College Football Tournament was held. On Thursday, 4 November, the final match between the two teams kicked off at Tangail Stadium under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Sanjay Kumar Mahanta.
During the closing and prize-giving session, District Sports Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam handed over the prizes to the champion team, Maulana Bhasani Adarsha College, and the runners-up, Sakhipur Government College.
The football tournament was organized by the District Administration and the District Sports Office. Among those present were Office Assistant Md. Kamrul Hasan (Roni), sports organizer Shah Aziz Talukdar Bappi, journalist Mozammel Haque, and others.
