Md. Sekander-E-Azam, Deputy Managing Director of Southeast Bank PLC. and Mohammad Abdullah, Deputy Managing Director of SEL, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Md. Abdul Kader, Head of Retail Banking of Southeast Bank PLC., Shajahan Mia, Director, Finance & Land of SEL and other concerned officials from both organizations were also present at the ceremony.
