Trading in the country’s capital market will be closed tomorrow, Monday (December 16) on the occasion of the great Victory Day. This information has been revealed by sources of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
According to sources, all government, private and autonomous institutions of the country will be closed on the occasion of Victory Day. At the same time, trading in the country’s capital market will also be closed. Government and private institutions of the country organize various programs to celebrate the day.
Trading in the capital market will continue as usual from next Tuesday (December 17).
December 16 is commemorated in Bangladesh every year as Victory Day to celebrate the victory of Bangladeshis in the Bangladesh-Pakistan Liberation War of 1971.
