The 4th meeting of the newly formed Risk Management Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 15 December, 2024. Honorable Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of Union Bank PLC. Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir presided over the meeting.
Members of the Risk Management Committee Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting. In the meeting, bank risk related issues were discussed in details and advised to the management authorities to take necessary steps to reduce the amount of risk.
