The 404th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday. Chaired by Mr. Khaja Shahriar, the meeting reviewed the overall business performance of the bank and made various policy decisions.
Present at the meeting were board members Mr. Shahinul Islam, Mr. Abdul Wadud, Professor Dr. M. Abu Yusuf, Ashraful Hasan FCA, and Managing Director & CEO Mr. Forman R. Chowdhury. Also in attendance were the bank’s company secretary Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan and other relevant executives.
