Kazi Riton : The 15th edition of ZnZ Fabric Week launched in the city on Tuesday. Business Mirror correspondent on spot found huge number of representatives from foreign brands and buying houses flocking into this six-day mega textile exhibition.
Zaber & Zubair Fabric Limited, South Asia’s biggest integrated textile group, has again organized this fabric week focusing on Spring/Summer ‘26 theme/trends. Arranged at ZnZ design studio, at Gulshan NIH (Nurul Islam House at Road 113 of Gulshan Ave in Dhaka. The event will end on 19 January. The exhibition opens for registered visitors at 10 am and concludes at 6 pm every day.

Most of the major global fashion brands, retailers and buying houses send their representatives to ZnZ fabric week in quest for innovations, twice every year. Several hundreds of the enthusiastic exporters and buying house officials have already registered for this event this year also.
“Each item of fabric has been meticulously crafted using sustainable materials and to make scopes for lucrative business opportunities for all fabric buyers on export-oriented apparel industry here,” one official of the company told Business Mirror. He informed, this year, ZnZ is set to display Pineapple, Cyclo, Nylon, Sorona, Jute, Banana, Ciclo, Regenagri, Recycled Elastane, Circulose Hyper Stretch Fabric and many other new materials.
“We are seriously addressing fresh global market demand for fabrics, especially for adapting global warming and climate change impacts,” the ZnZ official said adding that they have made fabrics further cost effective, not with compromising with quality.
Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Ltd. is the largest textile division of Noman Group of Industries. The textile conglomerate made total turnover of $1.3 billion in last year. The group has been contributing great efforts in moving forward the country’s textile industry for more than half a century. The group has been the only organization in Bangladesh to acquire highest number of Exporter Awards from the Government of Bangladesh.
