Seven entrepreneur-directors of the company have announced the sale of more than 2 million shares of United Insurance Company Limited listed in the capital market.
According to the sources, 44 lakh 49 thousand 931 shares of the company held by McColms Bangladesh Trust, 25 lakh 21 thousand 571 shares held by Chandpuri Tea Company, 8 lakh 15 thousand 790 shares held by Duncan Brothers, 44 lakh 50 thousand shares held by Camellia Duncan Foundation, 4 lakh 44 thousand 931 shares held by Octavius Steel, 25 lakh 95 thousand 764 shares held by Alinagar Tea Company and 33 lakh 80 thousand 220 shares held by Amo Tea Company have been announced for sale.
The companies announced sale of shares in DSE’s block market within the next 30 working days.
