Union Bank Limited (UBL) has expanded its network with the simultaneous inauguration of two new sub-branches in Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar. A. B. M. Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of UBL, virtually presided over the ceremonies from Dhaka headquarters, officially opening the Rajarhat Sub Branch in Chattogram and the Kalarmarchhara Sub Branch in Cox’s Bazar.

The events were graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Md. Jahangir Alam, Deputy Managing Director of UBL, local dignitaries from both cities, and high officials from the bank’s head office. A Doa-Mahfil was also organized to mark the occasion.

This expansion signifies UBL’s commitment to reaching a wider customer base and offering convenient banking services in Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar. The new sub-branches are expected to contribute to the financial inclusion and economic development of the respective regions.
