Three listed companies Desh General Insurance, Bay Leasing, and Sea Pearl Hotel—are scheduled to hold their annual general meetings (AGMs) this week to consider their declared dividends for 2025.
Desh General Insurance will hold its AGM on Wednesday, September 9, at 11:30am. Shareholders will consider approval of the 2% cash dividend declared for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Bay Leasing will hold its AGM on Thursday, September 10, at 11am. However, the company did not declare any dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Meanwhile, Sea Pearl Hotel will hold its AGM on Saturday, September 12, at 11am. The meeting will consider approval of the 1% cash dividend declared for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.
