DSE to buy shares of Meghna Condensed Milk

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) will purchase 500 dematerialised shares of Meghna Condensed Milk Industries Ltd through the buy-in market on Sunday, September 6.

According to DSE sources, the transaction will be conducted through the exchange’s designated buy-in market.

The DSE has asked interested sellers to notify the DSE Clearing House before placing orders to sell the shares.

Following completion of the transaction, the concerned sellers’ brokers will be required to transfer the shares through the payout process by 1:30pm. The shares must be transferred from the brokers’ clearing accounts to the DSE clearing account.

The designated BO ID for the DSE clearing account is 1100001000000035.

The DSE said the transaction will be completed in accordance with the applicable capital market rules governing buy-in market transactions.
