Bangladesh’s largest commercial expo-village “ICCB Expo Village” began its journey at the capital’s International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) on Thursday (January 23). This ‘Expo Tent’, which has an area of ​​134,000 square feet, is a part of this vast village. This fully air-conditioned multi-purpose venue can comfortably host any kind of small to large corporate, social and personal event under one roof, including fairs, exhibitions, convocations, seminars, AGMs, corporate retreats, concerts, weddings, bike shows, car shows. There is no other such large public gathering place in Bangladesh under one roof, where more than 10,000 people can gather together.

The first exhibition of the three-day international exhibitions of Building & Construction, Wood & Woodworking and Electrical Products has started at the ICCB Expo Village. Organized jointly by ASK Trade & Exhibitions Private Limited and Futurex Trade Fair & Events Private Limited, the exhibition is being showcased by around 100 domestic and foreign companies, showcasing more than a thousand products. Organized under the patronage of Safeway Group, this year’s edition, i.e. the 8th International Building & Construction Industry Trade Show Bangladesh ‘Buildcon Expo 2025’, ‘Bangladesh Wood Expo 2025’ and the 3rd International Electrical Trade Show ‘Bangladesh Elpprotech Expo 2025’, has been organized in three separate exhibitions.

Present at the inauguration ceremony of ICCB Expo Village were Mr. M. M. Jasim Uddin (Chief Operating Officer, ICCB), Mr. S. M. Monirul Islam Palash (Head of Accounts, Finance and Operations, ICCB), Engineer Mohammad Abu Sadek, Executive Director of the Center for Housing and Building Research (HBRC), and Tipu Sultan Bhuiyan, Managing Director of the organizing company ASK Trade Show and Exhibitions Private Limited.

This Expo Village has other state-of-the-art facilities including parking for thousands of cars, round-the-clock CCTV surveillance and strict security measures. The Expo Village has four spacious compartments to host four different events simultaneously. This Expo Village will be open to everyone to host various types of events throughout the year.
