The 177th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank PLC. has taken place recently in its Head Office in Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, Vice Chairman, Meghna Bank PLC presided over the meeting.
Mr. Md. Mahamudul Alam, Chairman, Risk Management Committee, Mr. Md. Ahsan Ullah, Chairman, Audit Committee, Mr. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director & CEO of Meghna Bank and Directors of the Board were also present in the meeting. The ongoing business performances, activities and various Credit proposals were approved at the meeting.
