On Monday, July 28, 2025, at the closing ceremony of the tree fair organized by the district administration and forest department in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner, he specially thanked the organizers of 30 stalls at the tree fair at the Tangail Municipal Garden.

It is worth noting that 28,000 saplings and about 24,95,443 lakh taka were sold at 30 stalls at this year’s tree fair. Vendors believe that there is a possibility of more sapling sales if the time of the tree fair, which started on July 21, is extended.
