As part of that continuity, today we have chosen this college in our city. He requested the students and guardians to plant these seedlings and take care of them, and provide proper care. It is not enough to just plant them, but to take proper care of them. If necessary, the seedlings should be surrounded with a fence. Other speakers included Ayub Hossain Khan, Managing Secretary of Imam Ghazali Trust, Shafiq Al Kamal, staff reporter of Asian TV and member of Bela Network, Khaled Ahmed, chairman of CNF TV, and Anisur Rahman, assistant principal of Imam Ghazali Girls School and College.

On behalf of the students, sixth grade student Sanjida Akhter Alo gave a brief speech on the benefits of trees.

Journalists from print and electronic media and some people from the neighborhood were also present at the event. At the beginning of the event, Farzana Akhter Bismi, a 9th grade student of the school, recited from the Holy Quran. The entire event was moderated and conducted by Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan, an assistant teacher of the college.

It is worth mentioning that 200 students (i.e. those who can take proper care of the saplings) were selected from among the 3200 students of Imam Ghazali Girls School and College and given saplings. In addition, the SBS Foundation also gave one sapling each to the visiting guests, parents and teachers. The saplings included mango, lemon, guava, and flower saplings such as mahua, sonali and medicinal plants such as neem.
