Honorable Chairman of the Bank Mr. Ferozur Rahman presided over the meeting. It was attended by honorable Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, honorable Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, S A MD Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed. Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director; Md. Jabedul Alam, Deputy Managing Director and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
