B.Mirror Desk: The Premier Bank PLC. has achieved another milestone in deposit mobilization. Under its ongoing “Deposit & Recovery Campaign 2026,” the bank collected BDT 3,003 crore in deposits over 60 working days from April 1 to June 30, 2026, followed by an additional BDT 2,387 crore over 52 working days from July 15 to September 28, 2026. As a result, the bank successfully mobilized a total of BDT 5,390 crore in deposits in just 112 working days.
The Bank’s Chairman, Dr. Arifur Rahman, said, “Achieving this significant deposit milestone, despite overcoming the unfortunate banking situation of the past, has been possible because of the sincere efforts of our colleagues and the continued support of our valued customers. Our customers’ trust is our greatest strength.”
Managing Director Md. Monzur Mofiz said, “This significant deposit mobilization is the result of our well-planned initiatives, effective execution, and strong teamwork. We remain committed to continuously enhancing the quality of our customer service every day.”
Premier Bank affirmed that, inspired by customer confidence and modern banking practices, it will continue to expand its deposit base and contribute to the nation’s financial progress.
