NY Trading Limited has declared its acquisition of shares in SBAC Bank PLC, a publicly traded bank in the capital market.

This news was disclosed by sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

As per the source, NY Trading has confirmed the purchase of 16.4 million 86 thousand 86 shares of SBAC Bank from the primary market using its own dealer code.

Additionally, the DSE noted that Sufia Begum, a director at NY Trading, also serves as a director at SBAC Bank.
