On the second working day of the week, the main stock market, Dhaka Stock Exchange, ended the trading with a rise in all the price indices. However, the amount of transactions in rupees on DSE decreased slightly on this day.
According to sources, on Monday (September 23), the main index of Dhaka Stock Exchange DSE X increased by 25.41 points. Currently the index stands at 5 thousand 760 points.
Besides, the DSES index rose by 10.34 points and the DSE30 index by 2.16 points.
A total of Tk 674 crore 38 lakh was traded in DSE today. 675 crore 73 lakh taka was traded on the previous working day.
Today, a total of 398 company shares and units were traded in the country’s main stock market. Share prices of 49 companies remain unchanged today. 112 companies have increased their rates. Share prices of remaining 237 companies fell today.
