Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) has declared a 25% cash dividend for unitholders of its open-end mutual fund, the ICB Unit Fund, for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.
The dividend was approved at a meeting of the ICB Board of Directors held on Wednesday (July 29) after reviewing and approving the fund’s audited financial statements for the latest fiscal year.
The latest payout marks a decline from previous years. The fund distributed a 30% cash dividend for the previous financial year and 35% in the year before that.
According to ICB, June 30, 2026 was the record date for determining dividend eligibility. Investors holding ICB Unit Fund units on that date will be entitled to receive the declared cash dividend.
The corporation also announced that the repurchase price of ICB Unit Fund certificates has been set at Tk 239 per unit, effective August 2, 2026.
