Janata Bank PLC held its 896th meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, with Chairman Md. Fazlur Rahman presiding over the session.
The meeting was attended by board directors Badre Munir Ferdous, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Dr. Md. Shahadat Hossain, Md. Ahsan Kabir, and Professor Dr. A.A. Mahbub Uddin Chowdhury. Managing Director Md. Mujibur Rahman, along with Deputy Managing Directors Kazi Abdur Rahman and Md. Faez Alam, also participated.
During the meeting, the board discussed strategies for recovering classified default loans and reviewed other key operational and business matters related to the bank.
