Consent of BSEC for amendment of legacy footwear fund.

The regulator Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has agreed to revise the cost of funds for listed company Legacy Footwear.

It is learned that the board of directors of Legacy Footwear proposed the cost revision for the benefit of the shareholders and the company. The size of the company’s amendment fund is 13 crore 20 lakh 99 thousand 102 taka. Out of this, Tk 8 crore 99 thousand 102 has been allocated to the working capital of the company and the remaining Tk 5 crore has been allocated for investment in DSE-30 scrip of the capital market. The utilization of the company’s amendment fund will continue till June 30, 2025.
