Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC rendering different types of works towards environment and climate protection and also a part of its’ corporate social responsibility has been carrying out the program of tree plantation through different branches every year. 

In this regard on Saturday, a tree planting program was organized at the Markazul Ulum Madrasa grounds of Parshuram Upazila in Feni district. The Additional Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Plc Mr. Abdul Aziz attended the plantation program as the chief guest and planted trees in the Madrasah grounds and distributed various types of fruit, forest and medicinal tree among the students. 

Among others the Manager of Feni Branch of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mizanur Rahman, the Principal of the Markazul Ulum Madrasa Mr. Noor Baskh Majumdar, the local prominent people and bank officials were present in the event. In the event, the chief guest highlighted the contribution of trees in protecting the balance of the environment and encouraged everyone to plant more trees.
