The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will receive an investigation report from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) regarding claims of Tk 296 crore in money laundering against Prime Finance and Investment, PFI Securities, and Prime Finance Capital Management.

According to the announcement, the BSEC’s inspection revealed proof that these three banks had misused margin loans to commit money laundering. It has also been suggested that steps be taken in this case to prevent the departing directors and managing directors of the corporations in question.
