Shares held in the name of late Hasan Ahmed, founder and former chairman of Popular Life Insurance Company Limited, listed in the capital market, will be transferred to his heirs.
According to sources, the shares will be transferred among his heirs as per the succession certificate issued by the court.
It is known that Hasan Ahmed passed away on January 24, 2022. The company has 38 lakh 53 thousand 554 shares in his name.
