Agrani Bank PLC has launched a 10-day training workshop on “Development of Leadership Quality and Branch Management” at the Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI).
The workshop was inaugurated on Sunday by Agrani Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Md. Anowarul Islam as the chief guest.
General Manager (Administration) Md. Jalal Uddin attended the inauguration ceremony as the special guest.
The event was chaired by Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, Assistant General Manager of ABTI.
A total of 50 officials from the bank’s head office, circles, regions and various branches are participating in the training programme, which is aimed at enhancing leadership skills and strengthening branch management capabilities.
