IFIC Bank and United Healthcare Services Sign Memorandum of Understanding

IFIC Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Healthcare Services Limited, one of the country’s leading healthcare service providers, to ensure enhanced healthcare facilities for the Bank’s customers and employees.

The MoU was signed at a ceremony held on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, in the boardroom of United Medical College Hospital on Madani Avenue, Dhaka. In the presence of Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, Managing Director of IFIC Bank PLC, the agreement was signed by Mr. Helal Ahmed, Chief of Branch Business & Head of Operations of IFIC Bank, and Mr. Mohammad Faizur Rahman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Healthcare Services Limited.

Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Md. Zakir Hossain, Head of Cards and Digital Banking of IFIC Bank, and Mr. Abu Raihan Al Beruni, Chief Financial Officer of United Healthcare Services Limited, along with other senior officials from both organizations.

Under the MoU, all customers and employees of IFIC Bank, as well as their family members, will be entitled to special discounts on various diagnostic tests and healthcare services by using IFIC debit and credit cards at institutions operated by United Healthcare Services Limited—United Medical College Hospital in Dhaka, Medix Signature Clinic, and M A Rashid Hospital in Jamalpur.
