Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, a listed company on the stock market, has postponed its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to unavoidable circumstances.
According to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the AGM was scheduled to be held on July 29, 2026, but will no longer take place on the announced date.
The bank said the revised date, time, and venue for the AGM will be announced later.
Earlier, on May 3, 2026, the bank’s board of directors disclosed its decision regarding the dividend for the financial year.
