Prime Bank PLC. recently signed an agreement with Shamadhan Services Limited, a digital financial services provider that offers a range of services including mobile wallets, payments, money transfers and merchant solutions. Under the agreement, Prime Bank customers will be able to transfer funds to Shamadhan account anytime through MyPrime App and Shamadhan App as well.

Shaila Abedin, SEVP & Head of Liability of Prime Bank PLC and Dr. Ahmed Arman Siddiqui, CEO of Shamadhan Services Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Joarder Tanvir Faisal, Head of Cards & Retail Assets, A.Z.M Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Digital Channels of Prime Bank PLC and Md. Salah Uddin Tanvir- Head of Product & Pricing; A.B.M Saiful Bari- Head of Business & Strategy from Shamadhan Services Limited along with senior officials of both the organizations were also present in the ceremony.
