Janata Bank PLC held its Rangpur Divisional Branch Manager’s Conference on Sunday to review banking operations and provide strategic directions for enhancing customer service and business growth.

The conference was attended by Janata Bank Managing Director and CEO Md. Mojibur Rahman as the chief guest. The event was presided over by Md. Abdul Barek Chowdhury, General Manager of the bank’s Rangpur Divisional Office.

Among the special guests were Kazi Abdur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Janata Bank, and Mohammad Safayet Hossain, General Manager of the Head Office.

Executives and officials from the Rangpur Divisional Office, area offices, and managers of branches under the division also participated in the conference.

Addressing the branch managers, Managing Director Md. Mojibur Rahman instructed them to strengthen customer service, increase deposit mobilisation, and intensify efforts to recover classified loans in the current economic environment. He emphasized the importance of maintaining business growth and improving operational efficiency across all branches.
