The board of directors of Agrani Insurance, a company listed on the stock market, has decided not to declare any dividend for shareholders for the year 2025, according to company sources.
The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 0.18 for the year. As of December 31, its net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 19.42.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Agrani Insurance will be held on May 14 to seek shareholders’ approval on the ‘no dividend’ decision and other agenda items. The record date has been set for April 15 for the purpose of selecting eligible shareholders.
