The country’s stock market will remain closed for a total of seven days, from March 17 to March 23, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the largest religious festival of Muslims. This period includes two days of weekly holidays.

The information was confirmed by sources at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

According to the sources, trading on the stock market will resume as usual from March 24, starting at 10:00 am and continuing until 2:20 pm. On that day, the post-closing session will be held from 2:20 pm to 2:30 pm. However, office hours will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
