This information relates to the regularization of LPG pricing, as stated by the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BRC). On Sunday, the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission will publish its directives on the regularization of LPG prices.
The BRC previously released an unaltered directive about the cost of a 12-kilogram cylinder on April 6. Additionally, a 12 kilogram cylinder’s price dropped by 28 taka to 1,450 taka on March 3.
Furthermore, a 12 kilogram cylinder in Rajat now costs 1,478 taka, a 19 taka reduction. For that figure, the LPG price was initially maintained at the same level. The cost of a 12 kg cylinder, however, has increased by 4 taka to 1,059 taka within the past 14 months.
Earlier, on April 6, the BRC reduced the price of autogas by 2 paisa per liter to 66 taka 41 paisa. And on March 3, the price of autogas per liter was reduced by 1 taka 31 paisa including energy VAT to 66 taka 43 paisa.
Additionally, autogas was priced at 67 taka 74 paisa per liter with the vote, compared to the optimal price of 89 paisa. cost of autogas. The price of autogas was, however, refixed on January 14 by 49 paisa to 67 taka 27. Additionally, it was adjusted by 42 paisa to 66 taka 85 paisa on January 22.
