The 8^th meeting of the newly formed Risk Management Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 17 April, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir presided over the meeting. Member of the Risk Management Committee & Independent Director Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam and Mr. Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion. In the meeting, bank risk related issues were discussed in details and advised to the bank management to take appropriate steps to reduce the amount of risk.
