BM Desk: Five companies listed on the stock market have announced the dates of their board meetings.
This information was revealed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Sunday (April 13).
The companies are Magura Multiplex, Monospool Paper, Meghna Pet Industries, Meghna Condensed Milk and Miracle Industries Limited.
The DSE said that the companies that have announced the dates of their board meetings will publish their unaudited financial statements (EPS) for the third quarter ended March 31, 2025.
Among the companies, the board meeting of Magura Multiplex will be held on April 29 at 4 pm, Monospool Paper at 3 pm, Meghna Pet Industries at 3 pm, Meghna Condensed Milk at 2:35 pm and Miracle Industries Limited at 2:30 pm on April 20.
