On the forth working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s main capital market, is trading negatively. In just two hours on this day, 136 crore of taka were exchanged. Meanwhile, the share prices of 136 companies increase.
Sources state that the main index, or “DSEX,” fell by 5 points to 5,120 points after DSE trading started on Wednesday, January 29, till 12 p.m.
In addition to the other index, the “DSES” or Sariah index down by 4 points, while the “DSE-30” index down by 1 points with 1141 and 1897, respectively, in the standings.
On the DSE, shares and units valued at Tk 136 crore were exchanged during the conversation.
136 of the traded companies experienced growth, 166 experienced declines, and 98 experienced no change.
