Khulna Correspondent: The Khulna district administration distributed government cultural grants among cultural organizations and individual artists at a ceremony held on Tuesday afternoon at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference room.
The event was presided over by District Cultural Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam, while Khulna Deputy Commissioner attended as the chief guest. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Kaniz Fatema Liza was present as the special guest.
Officials from the district administration, journalists, poets, writers, and representatives of various cultural organizations attended the programme.
A total of 34 cultural organizations and 82 individual cultural personalities received grant cheques during the event as part of the government’s initiative to support and promote cultural activities in the district.
