New Chairman and Vice Chairman of Express Insurance Limited

B.Mirror Report: The Board of Directors of Express Insurance Ltd. (EIL) in its meeting was held recently has been unanimously elected Mr. Mazakat Harun as Chairman and Mr. ABM Kaiser elected as Vice Chairman of the Company for the period 2026-2027.

Mr. Mazakat Harun is the Director of Express Insurance Ltd. He was the Chairman of the Company for the period 2012-2015 and 2024-2026. He is a renowned business person of the country. Mr. Harun is a Sponsor Shareholder and former Director of EXIM Bank PLC. He is also Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. Aaron Denim Ltd. and M/s. Chemitan Ltd. He is the President of Bangladesh Chemicals Importers & Merchants Association (BCIMA) since 2015 and GB member of FBCCI.

Mr. ABM Kaiser is the Director of Express Insurance Limited (EIL). Beforehand he was the Chairman of Claim Committee of the company. He is the General Member of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Bangladesh Indenting Agents Association. His father Mr. Abdur Rashid was a Sponsor Director and former Chairman of the Express Insurance Ltd. and he was renowned business person of the country. Mr. Kaiser was the Chairman and Managing Director of Gumti Textiles Limited and Gumti Apparels Limited. He was also Director of Bangladesh Indenting Association.
