The Board of Directors meeting of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited was held on 10/09/2024 at the bank’s headquarters. The 392nd (k) meeting of the newly formed board was presided over by the honorable Chairman, Mr. Ataur Rahman.

Other directors present included Mr. Mohsin Mia, Mr. Kamrul Haque Maruf, Mr. Golam Mortuza, and Mr. Sheikh Ashraful Islam, FCA. The bank’s Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Tajul Islam, and the Company Secretary, Mr. Syed Mohammad Istentchar Billah, were also present at the meeting.
