Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC won award in 3 categories at the 24th ICAB National Award for the best presented annual reports-2023. Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC won the 1st Position (Gold) for the fourth consecutive times in the Private Sector Banks category, the 2nd Position (Silver) in the Corporate Governance Disclosures category and the joint 1st Position (Gold) in the integrated reporting category. The ICAB organized the 24th ICAB National Award at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital on 10th September 2024. The Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC & Chairman of Risk Management Committee of the Bank Engr. Towhidur Rahman received the award from the Hon’ble Adviser, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science & Technology Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed. The Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA were also present on the stage while receiving the award.
