Abdul Hai Sarker, chairman of the board of directors of Dhaka Bank PLC has been elected as Chairman while Abdul Mannan, Chairman, the board of directors of First Security Islami Bank PLC and Romo Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman, Board of Directors of Bank Asia PLC has been elected as Vice Chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) unanimously for the remaining period of the current term (till 28 February 2025).

In It’s executive committee meeting held on monday, the 9th September 2024 in the Board Room of Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB).

Abdul Awal Mintoo, Chairman, Board of Directors of National Bank Ltd. & former Chairman of BAB and FBCCI as well presided over the meeting.
