Accordingly, the two directors have taken 27 times the profit as the face value of the company’s shares is 10 taka. On the other hand, the paid-up capital of the company is Tk 32 crore 95 lakh. By selling 10 lakh 72 thousand shares, they collected 28 crore 60 lakh taka. Which is about 3 times the paid-up capital of the company.
The director of the company Zafar Ahmed Patwari sold 5 lakh 72 thousand shares. Which he announced to sell on April 30.
Another director Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman sold 572 thousand shares. Which he had announced on April 28 to sell.
