The two directors took 27 times the profit.

Two directors of Sonali Ansh Limited, listed in the stock market, sold 10 lakh 72 thousand shares. Which is 9.88 percent of the total shares of the company.

By selling these shares, the two directors of the company have taken 27 times the profit from the market. Which is 3 times the paid-up capital of the company.

According to Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources, on the last working day last Thursday, the price of each share of golden fiber stood at 288 taka 90 poisa. The share price of the company has fluctuated from Tk 265 to Tk 298 in the last month. Which was about 280 taka on average.

Accordingly, the two directors have taken 27 times the profit as the face value of the company’s shares is 10 taka. On the other hand, the paid-up capital of the company is Tk 32 crore 95 lakh. By selling 10 lakh 72 thousand shares, they collected 28 crore 60 lakh taka. Which is about 3 times the paid-up capital of the company.

The director of the company Zafar Ahmed Patwari sold 5 lakh 72 thousand shares. Which he announced to sell on April 30.

Another director Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman sold 572 thousand shares. Which he had announced on April 28 to sell.
