9 Banks released their Q1

B Mirror Desk : Nine stock market-listed banks released their unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, which runs from January to March 2025, last week (May 12–15). The DSE and associated company sources made this information public.

The banks are Midland Bank, NCC Bank, Eastern Bank, Uttara Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Pubali Bank, Bank Asia, and Jamuna Bank.

Bank Asia

The company’s consolidated EPS stood at Tk 1.42 in the first quarter. The consolidated EPS in the same period last year was 67 paisa. Cash flow per share during the period under review stood at Tk 29.26. The cash flow in the same period last year was Tk 17.44. The company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) as of March 31, 2025 was Tk 29.34.

BRAC Bank

The company’s consolidated EPS stood at Tk 2.37 in the first quarter. The consolidated EPS for the same period last year was Tk 1.54. Cash flow per share stood at Tk 54.40. The cash flow for the same period last year was Tk 30.84. The company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) as of March 31, 2025 was Tk 47.5.

City Bank

The company’s consolidated EPS for the first quarter stood at Tk 68. The company’s NAV per share stood at Tk 68. The company’s NAV per share stood at Tk 10.59. The company’s NAV per share stood at Tk 10.71. The company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) as of March 31, 2025 was Tk 35.33.

Eastern Bank

NCC Bank

In the first quarter of the financial year (January-March ’25), the bank’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 25 paisa. Last year, EPS was Tk 15 paisa. The company’s cash flow per share in the first quarter was 12 taka 8 paisa, which was 24 paisa in the same period of the previous year. The bank’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at 22 taka 62 paisa as on March 31, 2025.

Pubali Bank

The company’s consolidated EPS stood at 1 taka 60 paisa in the first quarter. The consolidated EPS in the same period of the previous year was 1 taka 54 paisa. The cash flow per share in the period under review stood at 19 taka 69 paisa. The cash flow in the same period of the previous year was 9 taka 25 paisa. The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) as on March 31, 2025 was 48 taka 39 paisa.

Jamuna Bank

The company’s consolidated EPS stood at 2 taka 4 paisa in the first quarter. The consolidated EPS in the same period of the previous year was 1 taka 86 paisa. The cash flow per share in the period under review stood at 35 taka 47 paisa. The cash flow in the same period of the previous year was 28 taka 87 paisa. As of March 31, 2025, the company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) was 27 taka 48 paisa.

Uttara Bank

The company’s consolidated EPS in the first quarter stood at 1 taka 46 paisa. In the same period of the previous year, the consolidated EPS was 68 paisa. During the period under review, the cash flow per share stood at 65 paisa. In the same period of the previous year, the cash flow was 5 taka 68 paisa. As of March 31, 2025, the company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) was 33 taka 75 paisa.
