MD Desk : Ziad Satara has been named managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) by the board of directors of stock market-listed private mobile provider Robi Axiata.
Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources disclosed this information.
The source claims that Ziad Satara’s appointment will take effect on September 1.
Robi’s previous MD and CEO, Rajiv Sethi, will be replaced by Ziad Satara. M. Riaz Rashid, the chief financial officer (CFO) of Robi, will serve as acting CEO until Ziad assumes the role.
