Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, adviser to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Labor and Employment of the Interim Government, said that extortion and syndicate violence are mainly responsible for the skyrocketing egg prices. We are working to break that violence.

He made this comment in the speech of the chief guest at the fair price sale of agricultural products organized by ‘Fasal.com’ in front of the TCB office on Thursday (October 17).

Asif Mahmud said, We welcome Fosal.com for selling products at sustainable prices. I urge others to come forward with such initiative. Loan arrangements will also be made by the government if necessary.

He also said that those who do syndicate are always worried about the business. We will stand by the entrepreneurs so that this does not happen.

Commerce Ministry Secretary Salim Uddin, Labor and Employment Ministry Secretary AHM Shafiquzzaman, National Consumer Directorate Director General Mohammad Alim Akhtar Khan and others were present in the event.
