As previously announced, the capital market-listed Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC’s founder director has finalized the share transfer. Sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) disclosed this information.
According to the source, the founder director of the company, SM Rezaul Alam, has completed the transfer of 1 crore 21 lakh 20 thousand shares held by him.
He has transferred 6 million 60 thousand shares to his daughter Roshmi Ruhi and 6 million 60 thousand shares to his wife Fahima Husna.
Earlier, the director announced the transfer of the mentioned shares on January 22.
