Walton to launch a company in Sri Lanka

B Mirror Desk: In Sri Lanka, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC plans to begin selling its goods.
According to the company’s disclosure filed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange, Walton has entered into a Global Distribution Agreement with Monik Trading (Private) Limited, a private company with limited liability created under the rules of the relevant laws of Sri Lanka, in order to launch the business.

Walton designated Monik Trading as the authorized distributor for the sale, distribution, and marketing of Walton products in Sri Lanka under the terms of this Global Distributorship Agreement, with a ten-year duration.
